Hello all you beautiful people! and welcome to the nerd cave. 
Why is a nursing student also still a self proclaimed nerd, you may ask? didn’t you ditch that for professionalism long ago?
well, because that’s just how it is. Deal with it!  

let me tell you a little about myself:

I am eighteen years old, I live in Canada, I am a member of the church of jesus christ of latter-day saints (or LDS, better known to the public as mormon), I have a mixed ethnic background of aboriginal, swedish, ukranian and english/welsh. I have turners syndrome, so you may hear a lot about how I can’t have kids and such, don’t take me too seriously when im talkin like that, okay? I suffer from bouts of self pity sometimes, I admit, though I try not to.

I am at the U of A in the collaborative bSc in nursing program. Why did I want to become a nurse? 
when everyone else told me I should be in the arts?
Cause an arts degree doesn’t help people get better, and thats what I want to do with my life. I’ve been in and out of hospitals ever since I can remember, and so it just felt right that I help also and give back to the very institution that helped me along for so many years. I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for the good health care I got. I now want to make sure everyone gets the same. My grandma was also a nurse, so it just kinda runs in the blood, you know? not genetically but subconsciously. I thought about it and everything thats happened in my life sort of brought me here, so I probably would have ended up here anyways. 

BUT. enough about that. my blog will probably consist of everyday life, a LOT of HETALIA, and just whatever I feel like. the internet is full of awesome, you know? especially hetalia. I just love that series to the ends of the earth and back. it has done unspeakable things for me, and the fandom is unlike any other. Dude, we pass around jokes, eat you fire and then we make you our woman. *nods*.  yep, yep. five cats for five Deutschmarks,  anyone? :D
